今天，我们在一节很有趣的英语课上学会了做沙拉，是由一位青年导报的王老师教我们的。
王老师给我们讲解：沙拉是英语salad的意译，我国北方习惯译作沙拉，上海译作色拉，广东、香港译作沙津。他还告诉我们：莎拉的原料范围很广蔬菜、水果、海鲜、禽蛋、肉类等。沙拉大都具有色泽鲜艳、外形美观、鲜嫩爽口、解腻开胃、新鲜细嫩的特点。而其原料还可以自己随意挑选。
