写感谢信要注意下面几点：一 叙述对方对自己或本单位的帮助，一定要把人物、时间、地点、原因、结果以及事情经过叙述清楚，便于组织了解和群众学习。
二 信中要洋溢着感激之情。
在叙述事实的过程中，除了要突出对方的好思想和表示谢意外，行文要始终饱含着感情。
这感情要真挚、热烈，使所有看到信的人都受到感染。
三 写表示谢意的话要得体，既要符合被感谢者的身分，也要符合感谢者的身分。
四 感谢信以说明事实为主，切勿不着边际地大发议论。
先叙述下活动的过程,再叙述下他们的突出表现,再说明下这种表现对于活动起到了什么积极作用 最后表示诚挚的感谢. 以下是格式感谢信通常有标题、称谓、正文、结尾和落款五部分构成。
(一)标题 感谢信的标题写法通常有以下几种形式。
?单独由文种名称组成。
如《感谢信》。
?由感谢对象和文种名称共同组成。
如《致某某剧院的'感谢信》。
?由感谢双方和文种名称组成。
如《××街道致××剧院的感谢信》。
(二)称呼 写在开头顶格处，要求写明被感谢的机关、单位、团体或个人的名称或姓名，然后加上冒号。
(三)正文 感谢信的正文从称呼下移一行空两格开始写，要求写上感谢的内容和感谢的心情。
应分段写 出以下几个方面： 1.感谢的事由 精炼地叙述事情的前因后果，叙述对方的好品德，好作风。
叙述时务必交待清楚人物、事件 、时间、地点、原因和结果，尤其重点叙述关键时刻对方的关心和支持。
2.揭示意义 在叙事的基础上指出对方的关心支持和帮助对整个事情成功的重要性以及体现出的可贵精神 ，同时表示向对方学习的态度和决心。
(四)结尾 结尾要写上敬意的话、感谢的话。
如“此致，敬礼”、“致以诚挚的敬意”等。
(五)落款 感谢信的落款署上发文单位名称或发文者的姓名，并且署上成文日期。
表扬信通常由标题、抬头、正文、结尾和落款五部分构成。
一般而言，表扬信标题单独由文种名称“表扬信”组成。
表扬信的称呼应在开头顶格写上被表扬的机关、单位、团体或个人的名称、姓名。
写给个人 的表扬信，应在姓名之后加上“同志”、“先生”等字样，后边加冒号。
若直接张贴到某机 关、单位、团体的表扬信，开头可不必再写受文单位。
正文的内容要另起一行，空两格写。
用概括叙述的语言，重点叙述人物事迹的发生、发展、结果及其意义。
叙述要清楚，要突出 最本质的方面，要让实事说话，少讲空道理。
在叙事的基础上进行评价、议论，赞颂该人所作所为的道德意义。
如指出这种行为属于哪种 好思想，好风尚，好品德。
该部分要提出对对方的表扬，或者向对方的单位提出建议，希望对某某某给予表扬。
如“某 某某同志的优秀品德值得大家学习，建议予以表扬。
写给本人的表扬信，则应适当谈些“ 深受感动”、“值得我们学习”等方面的内容。
并要求在结尾处写上“此致敬礼”等结束用 语。
但“此致”、“祝”、“谨表”、“向你”等字写在末尾，其余的字，要另起一行，顶 格写。
落款应写明发文单位名称或个人姓名。
并在右下方注明成文日期。
