It seems that the last time I am excited about motherland is when I was watching Obama`s victory speech. I was impressed by his call to embrace the ideals on which their country was built, by his Attic faith of American dream. At that moment I thought of my motherland ——China. Yes, maybe a little irony, but it was true. As young generation of China, we are enjoying the prosperity brought by China’s fast developing. We are gaining more and more things that our parents could not imagine when they were as young as us. But something disappears. The long line waiting for signing up to join the army disappears, the grand ceremony after China women volleyball team won the champion disappears, the working records which were broke by oil workers time and time again disappears, the stories of national hero that were once widely told disappears.
