今天是10月11日，在这金风送爽、丹桂飘香的季节里，我们又迎来了第26个我国传统的敬老节日——“九九”重阳节。在这个特殊的日子里，我们尓仪小学博爱小分队在屠老师的带领下来到了莼湖敬老院。
一到敬老院，我就看见许多慈祥的老奶奶、老爷爷坐在桂花树下聊天。我们这群活泼可爱的志愿者有礼貌地向老人们问好，祝他们节日快乐！接着，我们用实际的行动来祝福他们，那就是包饺子给他们吃。
开始包饺子了，我又兴奋又担心。兴奋的是我第一次包饺子，担心的是我怕包不好，让爷爷奶奶见笑了。我和张晨都迫不及待地想亲自露一手，在一位阿婆的指导下，我们慢慢地学了起来，先拿一层饺子皮，然后把肉馅放在饺子皮里，接着在饺子皮外面沾些水，最后包起来折几个花纹，一个饺子就完成了。第一个、第二个……渐渐地，熟能生巧，我越做越快，越做越好，还受到了阿婆的表扬。看着一盆盆的饺子，我垂涎三尺，但是这些饺子是给老人们吃的，我们只能望梅止渴了。
由于时间关系，我们没能亲眼看见老人们吃完我们的成果，但是我知道他们一定会很开心。因为这是我们博爱小分队的一份爱心。祝他们节日快乐，身体健康！
